Life is messy, unpredictable, and sometimes downright hard. It’s also beautiful, healing, and filled with unexpected moments of joy.
For years, I believed strength meant carrying everything alone. I pushed through challenges—single motherhood, trauma, and the relentless fight to advocate for my daughter’s medical care—without asking for help. But I’ve learned that real strength isn’t about never breaking; it’s about knowing when to put some of the weight down.
This blog is a space for stories—about resilience, vulnerability, healing, and the moments that shape us.
Here, I write about:
- Mental health and resilience – The emotional toll of always being “the strong one.”
- Parenting through adversity – Raising a child with a medical condition, single motherhood, and navigating the unknown.
- Healing through movement & writing – How fitness, yoga, and storytelling became my lifelines.
- Self-worth and vulnerability – Breaking free from the idea that we always have to have it together.
I believe we all have a story to tell. The hardest part isn’t just finding the words—it’s finding the courage to share them.
